getting around arran
There is a road all the way around the Island, with two roads which cross the Island, including the stunning Telford-designed String Road. Having a car is the most convenient and flexible way to see everything.
There are also bus services on the Island, the three main routes are around the North End (324), South End (323) and across the middle (322). Buses around the North End of the Island are every three hours, so it is worth getting to the stop five minutes early so you do not miss them!
We’re always happy to help you with your journey, either getting to Arran or around the Isle, get in touch.
